Eos Community Consulting CIC is a newly established consultancy which focuses on providing developmental support to community and voluntary organisations, with the aim of enabling them to plan, to grow and to achieve their goals.
We also support local authorities and public bodies to engage with their stakeholders and communities in ways which are meaningful, aiming to put citizens’ voices at the centre of public policy making.
Eos was established in October 2020 by director and lead consultant Alison Keenan. With almost two decades of experience working in the public sector, Alison has skills and experience in:
- Project design and development
- Monitoring, evaluation and impact measurement
- Strategy and action planning
- Community and public engagement
- Grant assessment and management
A former Peace Programme and Community Planning manager, Alison has commissioned, managed and evaluated projects on a variety of scales.
Alison has a degree in International Business and Languages, a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Analysis and Consulting. She is a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management and the Consultation Institute.
